Hi everyone! Welcome to the spooky unlucky day of 13. Good news this is a Saturday and not a Friday, that would have been wild! But there is nothing spooky about our scripture for the day. This is the wonderful story of Joseph and his prosperity in Egypt by helping out the very people that enslaved him. What kind of lessons can we learn from this? Let's dive in and find out :)

Prayer:
God who interprets my dreams, help me to see your dreams rather than the created nightmare I often find myself in. A nightmare of division by ideology and interpretation. A nightmare of segregation and classism. Help me to instead view the world as you do, a world of abundance and not of famine as we view in your Holy Word today. Open my eyes, that I might see Jesus, open my eyes Lord. Amen.
